国外在定向钻探施工中,测量造斜工具面方位和孔斜早就广泛使用非磁性钻杆和测斜仪来进行测量工作,即把测斜仪置入一非磁性钻杆短节中,进行定向和测斜工作。在我国岩心钻探生产中,能否在非磁性岩矿层的定向和非定向钻孔里,也较广泛地使用非磁性钻杆进行定向和测斜的问题是值得探讨的。据国内外石油定向钻井的经验和笔者的实践,目前我国岩心钻探生产中,至少有以下三种情况可以使用非磁性钻杆进行定向和测斜工作:其一,是在定向钻探工作中,利用一非磁性钻杆(或套管)短节,在其下部接有定向接头,定向仪由钻杆内下入其中,通过斜口管鞋和定向键进行定向。此法可以测量造斜工具的面向角(方位)和孔斜(见图1)。

The directer is guided inwards by the drill pipe and is oriented by means of bevelled shoes and directional keys. This method measures the angle of arrival (azimuth) and inclination of the tool (see Figure 1).
