本文根据半钢轧辊用于F1—3轧机的特点,结合国内外半钢轧辊的应用实践,特别是参半钢辊的化学成分,作者对成分的设计提出了自己的思路:“高碳、低合金、多元化”是设计的宗旨。设计中重点谈到碳在钢中的作用。铬在钢中是不可缺少的元素,但是又不可多用,对铬的使用要取慎重态度。该篇还侧重地谈到微合金化问题。在微合金化方面,对V、Re的应用态度坚决。关于B的使用问题,鉴于作用机理不清楚,现暂不使用。总之,新设计的半钢化学成分,合金总量为3.5%。同时本辊的合金总量相近。在冶炼、铸造、热处理达到要求,轧辊可以适应需要。
