南海位于珠江三角腹地,属于改革开放先发地区,占地1078平方公里,拥有260多万人。为了给新老南海人营造一个安全、温暖的家,南海区委、区政府推出了“家·南海”建设。南海区卫生计生局(以下简称南海区卫计局)与专业社工机构合作,整合社会资源,在全区范围内开展全覆盖、多方位、新手法、入民心的家庭服务项目,探索“政府+村居+社工”的模式,近一年来各项目均取得了显著成效。
Located in the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta, the South China Sea belongs to the starting area for reform and opening up and covers an area of 1078 square kilometers and has more than 2.6 million people. In order to create a safe and warm home for the new and old Nanhai people, the Nanhai District Party Committee and the district government launched the “Nanhai” construction. The Nanhai District Health and Family Planning Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Nanhai District Health and Welfare Bureau), in cooperation with specialized social organizations, has integrated social resources and launched family-service projects covering the entire territory, multi-facets, new approaches and people’s ministries to explore “government + Village + social worker ”model, all the projects in the past year have achieved remarkable results.
