一、导言电力工业对泵的基本要求是,必须具有高可靠性和简便的维修特点。由于一台泵的故障,以致丧失发电能力,对企业带来的损失会是很大的。认识到这些后果,近来企业较多地强调提高泵的可靠性,胜过提高泵的效率。二、基本原则在离心泵设计中,优先选用的水力设计往往与优先选用的机械设计相矛盾。 1.水力设计工程师在一个稳定的扬程—流量特性的基本要求之下,将会选取: (1)高比转速一般认为带有径向出水泵轮的多级离心泵最佳比转速近似为0.58(转/秒:米~3/秒:米)。较高比转速对提高效率是有疑问的,但当转速从这个最佳值减小时,效率降低逐渐变大。
