南水北调工程通过跨流域的水资源合理配置,大大缓解我国北方水资源严重短缺问题,是我国一项重要的战略性工程。南水北调工程安全监测工作质量的高低,不仅关系到南水北调工程的安全运行,还关系到无数民众的生命财产安全。文章以南水北调中线工程安全监测工作为例,提出专业化管理的方式去实现此项工作质量和效益提高观点。
Through the rational allocation of water resources across the river basin, the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has greatly alleviated the serious shortage of water resources in northern China and is an important strategic project in our country. The quality of safety monitoring of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is not only related to the safe operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project but also to the lives and property safety of countless people. Taking the safety monitoring of the middle route project of South-to-North Water Diversion as an example, this paper proposes a professional management approach to improve the quality and efficiency of this work.
