With the development and changes of modern communication technology, the traditional concept of time and space, values and leadership concepts have undergone profound changes, and the content and flow of social information have been gradually increasing. To control all kinds of rapidly changing information and enhance the pertinence and adaptability of library services through information services, we must give full play to the service functions of county-level libraries.
