HSP90与肿瘤耐药性有密切的关系,而反义 HSP90能特异地封闭靶基因表达而起到抑制 HSP90的作用,本文主要研究反义 HSP90对 HeLa 细胞药物敏感性的影响作用。
HSP90 is closely related to tumor drug resistance, and antisense HSP90 can specifically block target gene expression and inhibit HSP90. This article mainly studies the effect of antisense HSP90 on drug sensitivity of HeLa cells.
