塔式起重机在作回转运动时,使重物发生摆动。这种摆动产生对塔身的扭矩;使重物难于准确安装就位,从而降低劳动生产率;还可能导致事故发生。为使回转运动平稳,可使用液力偶合器。但根据我们的观察,即使使用了液力偶合器,效果也还不是十分令人满意。因此,我们在设计制造QT25塔式起重机时,结合自己的实际情况,在回转驱动机构中加进一个离合器,其结构如图所示:
The tower crane swings heavy objects during its swing motion. This kind of swing produces torque on the tower body; it makes it difficult to install the heavy objects in place accurately, thereby reducing labor productivity; it may also lead to accidents. For a smooth rotary motion, a fluid coupling can be used. However, according to our observations, even if a fluid coupling is used, the effect is still not very satisfactory. Therefore, when designing and manufacturing the QT25 tower crane, we combined a real-world situation and added a clutch to the rotary drive mechanism. Its structure is shown in the figure:
