文章通过深入分析地市供电局在战略实施管控工作的差距,基于实际开展了战略实施协同机制的探索工作,因地制宜地设计并引入了联合工作小组对战略目标的分解与资源匹配过程进行总体协调,为各重要工作环节设计了相应的工作模板。通过研究在地市供电局全局范围内建立起了战略实施协同的工作平台和跨部门的协同工作机制,使得战略实施的各工作环节有效衔接。
