绪言作为铸钢用的造型用砂,除硅砂外,也使用橄榄石砂、锆砂、铬砂。使用这些砂的目的在于防止粘砂与铸造方案上凝固的控制,其效果从经验上可知。但是,对于定量说明该效果的传热特性值(热传导度,比热等)之测定,除硅砂外后来几乎没有什么报告。而近年,虽然使用电子计算机进行了相当详细的凝固解析,但由于使用该计算的砂型传热特性值没有被完全地确定,故成了解析精度上的问题所在之处。
INTRODUCTION As a modeling steel for cast steel, in addition to silica sand, olivine sand, zircon sand and chrome sand are also used. The purpose of using these sands is to control the solidification of the sticky sand and the casting scheme, the effect of which is empirically known. However, almost no report was found on the determination of the heat transfer characteristic values (thermal conductivity, specific heat, etc.) quantifying the effect, except silica sand. In recent years, however, the analysis of the solidification using a computer has been conducted in considerable detail. However, since the calculated value of the sand heat transfer characteristic was not completely determined, the problem of resolution accuracy became a problem.
