1987～1989年共收治急性心肌梗塞(AMI)病人65例。男56例(86.2%),女9例(13.8%),男:女为6.2:1,平均年龄58.5岁。平均住院50天。其中好转51例(78.5%),稳定4例(6.2%),死亡10例(15.4%)。下面简述65例AMI急性期的护理体会。
From 1987 to 1989, a total of 65 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were admitted. There were 56 males (86.2%) males and 9 females (13.8%) males, with a females ratio of 6.2: 1 and a mean age of 58.5 years. Average hospital stay 50 days. Among them, 51 cases improved (78.5%), stable in 4 cases (6.2%) and death in 10 cases (15.4%). The following brief description of 65 cases of AMI acute care experience.
