在我国传统社会向现代社会转型的背景下,农村职业教育担负着培养新型农民、建设新型农村、转移农村劳动力的重任。实现农村经济可持续性发展,提高农民的生活质量,更好更快地为城市建设提供优质的劳动力资源,都离不开农村职业教育。然而,城市与农村的资源配置地不公越来越明显,关于我国农村职业教育资源配置不公的问题[1],提出解决办法和合理化建议,对我国农村职业教育公平发展和农村经济建设的发展有着深远的意义
