改革开放以来,随着我国社会经济不断的飞速发展,一方面人民生活水平日益提高,满足了人们各种物质文明需要。另一方面,经济发展和环境保护和谐共处也慢慢进入到人们的视野中来,如何在发挥经济发展最大化的同时达到环境保护的最优化的问题也日益突出起来,在经济发展的过程中,环境保护相关工作进行的好坏直接影响到我国经济是否能够健康、有效地可持续发展。本文旨在分析环保投资规模结构存在的现状问题并提出合理化的对策建议。解决环境投资不足、效率不高和结构不合理的问题,构建合理优化的环保投资结构体系。
Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid and rapid social and economic development in our country, on the one hand, the living standards of the people have been increasingly raised and people’s needs for various material civilizations have been met. On the other hand, the harmonious coexistence of economic development and environmental protection has gradually come into people’s perspective. How to achieve the optimization of environmental protection while maximizing the economic development has also become increasingly prominent. In the process of economic development The quality of work related to environmental protection directly affects whether our economy can be healthy and effectively and sustainably developed. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing problems in the scale structure of environmental protection investment and to put forward some suggestions on how to rationalize it. Solve the problem of insufficient investment in the environment, inefficiency and irrational structure, and construct a rational and optimized environmental investment structure system.
