采用直接涂片法、细菌培养法和聚合酶链反应法检测临床标本257人份,其淋球菌检出率分别为27.23%、13.61%和37.04%。经统计学处理,x2=37.81,P<0.01,有高度显著性差异。聚合酶链反应法诊断淋病具有灵敏度高、特异性强、能自动化操作、简便快速、标本易贮存和运送等优点,为淋病的快速诊断提供了一种新的检测方法。本文还对三种检测淋球菌方法的优缺点进行了比较,并对聚合酶链反应方法的适应症及操作过程中的注意事项进行了讨论
257 clinical specimens were detected by direct smear method, bacterial culture method and polymerase chain reaction. The detection rates of gonococcal bacteria were 27.23%, 13.61% and 37.04% respectively. Statistically, x2 = 37.81, P <0.01, there is a highly significant difference.
