目的 2010年测定襄城县市售8类茶叶中铁、锰、锌、铜、铅、砷6种元素含量,对其卫生质量状况进行评价。方法茶叶样品通过浓硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解后,运用原子吸收光谱法测定其铁、锰、锌、铜、铅含量,运用原子荧光光谱法测定砷含量。结果 8类茶叶中铁含量分布在64.4~399.1 mg.kg-1之间,锌含量分布在8.1~19.8 mg.kg-1之间,锰含量分布在167.5~957.5 mg.kg-1之间。茉莉花茶中铜、铅含量超出国家规定限量,砷含量均符合标准限量。结论市售茶叶整体卫生质量合格,散装茉莉花茶铅、铜含量较高。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of 6 elements of iron, manganese, zinc, copper, lead and arsenic in 8 types of tea in Xiangcheng County in 2010, and to evaluate their health quality status. Methods Tea samples were digested with concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The contents of iron, manganese, zinc, copper and lead were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The content of arsenic was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The content of iron in 8 types of tea was distributed between 64.4-399.1 mg.kg-1, the content of zinc was between 8.1-19.8 mg.kg-1, and the content of manganese was between 167.5-957.5 mg.kg-1. Jasmine tea in copper, lead content exceeds the national limit, arsenic content are in line with the standard limit. Conclusion The overall health quality of commercial tea is qualified, and the content of lead and copper in bulk jasmine tea is high.
