师资培训工程是促进教师成长发展的一项核心工程。本文针对现有地理教师培训机制,探讨如何建立一种长效互动、新颖合作的发展平台,实现打造一大批名师团队的发展目标。
Teacher training project is to promote the growth and development of teachers is a core project. This article aims at the existing geography teacher training mechanism and discusses how to establish a long-term interactive and innovative cooperation development platform to achieve the goal of building a large number of famous teachers team.
