到期档案鉴定是档案工作的重要组成部分,对于优化馆藏、更好更快地进行档案信息资源的开发利用有着重要的作用。但在实际工作中,档案馆(室)开展到期档案鉴定工作存在着诸多的问题。本文主要分析了综合档案馆和一些有进馆义务的机关档案室开展到期档案鉴定存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出对策以期达到为档案馆(室)解决到期档案鉴定工作之难的目的,以促使人们关注到期档案的鉴定和销毁工作,引起社会对档案鉴定工作的重视。
