由于电流密度对铝膜阳极氧化的质量影响较大,故它是研究阳极氧化质量评估的重要指标之一。本文试图运用数理统计方法,将正交设计所得的数据进行非线性回归分析,得到了铝材阳极氧化时的电流密度与铝膜质量优劣之间的一个表达式,其计算结果与实测数据间能很好地吻合。
