一个由财政经济战线上众多的老同志自愿组合、进行财政经济理论研究的群众性的科研单位——财政经济研究所,1月11日在北京成立。它是中国管理科学研究院的一个下属研究单位。研究所由国家统计局顾问、全国人大财经委员会顾问李成瑞担任所长,左春台、李海、陶增骥、裴元秀、李惠贤担任副所长。聘请了杨波、段云、陈如龙、许毅、武博山等为顾问。首次聘请了30位财政经济方面的专家、学者、教授为兼职研究员,参加研究工作。
A mass scientific research institute - the Institute of Fiscal Economics, which is voluntarily composed of many old comrades on the financial and economic fronts and was engaged in the study of the theory of fiscal economy, was established on January 11 in Beijing. It is a subordinate research institute of China Academy of Management Sciences. The institute is headed by Li Chengrui, a consultant for the National Bureau of Statistics and a consultant for the Financial and Economic Committee of the NPC. Zuo Chuntai, Li Hai, Tao Zengji, Pei Yuanxiu and Li Huixian are the deputy directors. Hired Yang Bo, Duan Yun, Chen Ru Long, Xu Yi, Wu Boshan as a consultant. For the first time hired 30 financial and economic experts, scholars, professors as part-time researchers, to participate in research work.
