记者:党的十六大报告提出,一切合法的劳动收入和合法的非劳动收入,都应该得到保护。保护合法的非劳动收入这个提法在党的文献中应该是第一次。不少读者来信问,社会主义不是提倡“不劳动者不得食”吗?那么,为什么还要保护非劳动收入呢?究竟什么是非劳动收入?
