该实验采用了薄层扫描方法对复方熊胆乙肝胶囊的提取物中的熊去氧胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸的含量进行了测定,结果表明,以异辛烷:异戊醚:冰醋酸:正丁醇:水(10:5:5:3.8:1)为展开剂,相对湿度控制在32%,经20%氢氧化钠水解5h,测得含量最高(熊去氧胆酸2.5mg/粒,鹅去氧胆酸1.11mg/粒),该方法回收率值分别为熊去氧胆酸96. 6%,鹅去氧胆酸96.3%。
In this experiment, the content of ursodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid in the extract of compound Xiongdan Yigan capsule was determined by a thin-layer scanning method. The results showed that iso-octane: isoamyl ether: glacial acetic acid : n-butanol: water (10:5:5:3.8:1) as developing solvent, relative humidity controlled at 32%, hydrolyzed by 20% sodium hydroxide for 5 h, the highest content was measured (ursodeoxycholic acid 2) .5 mg/grain, chenodeoxycholic acid 1.11 mg/grain). The recovery values of this method were 96.6% for ursodeoxycholic acid and 96.3% for chenodeoxycholic acid.
