期刊国际化中电子审稿的模式与技术方法

目前科技论文数量年增加呈翻番的趋势,科技期刊国际化是科技期刊编辑出版事业今后发展的主流,电子审稿是科技期刊实施其国际化过程的重要运作措施。重点分析了实现电子审稿的技术模式,从应用方式角度将电子审稿分为:基于磁盘的模式、独立的 E-mail 模式、软件系统集成的 E-mail 模式和动态 Web 系统模式、P2P 实时通讯模式等五类,并对每种模式的优缺点和适用的情况作了分析。此外,分析了电子审稿中编辑部端和客户端的技术及实现方法,最后给出了一个电子审稿系统的应用实例及其系统构架。 At present, the number of science and technology papers has doubled in the trend. The internationalization of sci-tech periodicals is the mainstream of the future development of sci-tech periodicals and editors and publishers. Electronic reviewership is an important operational measure for sci-tech periodicals to implement their internationalization process. The paper mainly analyzes the technical mode to realize electronic reviewers, and divides the electronic reviewers into four categories: disk-based mode, independent E-mail mode, software system integrated E-mail mode and dynamic Web system mode, Communication mode and other five categories, and the strengths and weaknesses of each model and the application of the situation has been analyzed. In addition, the author analyzes the techniques and implementation methods of editorial departments and clients in electronic reviewers, and finally gives an application example of an electronic reviewing system and its system architecture.
