我厂制造的薄板工件,一般是小型冲模的压板或垫板,直徑50~400公厘,厚5~15公厘,材料是40号或(?)8碳鋼。热处理的时候,凡是直徑不到250公厘的,都用盐爐快速加热(温度为960~980℃)。技术条件要求热理后工件的硬度达到Rc35~40、Rc42~44或Rc50~54。一般地說,直徑同厚度的比在5:1以下时,工件处理后变形不大,超过了5:1,变形的程度就越来越大。为了减少变形,根据經驗,我們認为可以采用如下的热处理工艺: 一、加热工件用鉄絲吊着放在盐爐中快速加热到960~980℃。盐爐的爐膛有效尺寸为250×250×300公厘,变压器的容量为55千伏安。加热时
