政府主导型市场经济是一种以自由市场制度为基础、充分发挥政府作用的市场经济体制,二战后的日本和韩国是这种经济体制的主要代表国家。二战后,日韩两国从经济废墟上起步,经过近40年的艰苦创业,创造了亚洲乃至世界经济高速成长的奇迹,分别成为全球经济发展中位列第2位和第11位的经济强国,引起了世人的普遍关注,并把这一奇迹称之为东亚模式。这是一个后起国家和地区赶超先进国家的“赶超型”经济发展模式,政府对经济的强有力干预是这一模式的主要特征,因此人们把东亚模式称之为“政府主导型”市场经济模式。
The government-led market economy is a market economy system based on the free market system that gives full play to the role of government.
