目的:观察眼镜蛇毒抗补体蛋白Atrase B对补体激活导致急性肺损伤的保护作用。方法:样品组于造模前2h给予Atrase B,样品组与模型组舌下静脉给予眼镜蛇毒因子致肺损伤。50min后,各组取支气管肺泡灌洗液测定总细胞数、蛋白含量、TNF-α、ICAM-1、IL-8含量,比色法测定肺匀浆中性粒细胞髓过氧化物酶含量,取肺组织行病理切片检查。结果:Atrase B可明显降低损伤的肺组织中TNF-α、ICAM-1、MPO含量,减轻肺组织中炎症反应;对肺系数、肺含水量和支气管肺泡灌洗液蛋白含量的影响无统计学意义。结论:Atrase B可减少中性粒细胞在肺组织聚集,减轻补体激活导致急性肺损伤的症状。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of the complement protein Atrase B against cobra venom on acute lung injury induced by complement activation. METHODS: Atrase B was given to the sample group 2 hours before the modeling. The sublingual veins of the sample group and the model group were given lung injury caused by cobra venom factor. After 50 min, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was taken from each group to determine the total cell number, protein content, TNF-α, ICAM-1, and IL-8 levels. Colorimetric assay was used to determine the content of myeloperoxidase in the lung homogenate. Lung tissue was taken for pathological examination. RESULTS: Atrase B significantly reduced the content of TNF-α, ICAM-1 and MPO in injured lung tissue and reduced the inflammatory reaction in lung tissue. The effect on lung coefficient, lung water content, and protein content of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was not statistically significant. significance. Conclusion: Atrase B can reduce the accumulation of neutrophils in the lung tissue and reduce the symptoms of complement activation leading to acute lung injury.
