近年来,众多国内知名企业的商标在墨西哥频频被不法分子抢注,如:“哇哈哈Wa h a h a”、“中華C H U N G H WA”、“新浪SINA”等。随着我国越来越多的企业走出国门,开拓国外市场,不少企业都曾有商标在国外被抢注的惨痛经历,鉴于墨西哥商标制度与国内的巨大差异性,如何在墨西哥保护企业的商标权益成为不少企业一个头疼的问题。本文就墨西哥商标保护制度进行简要介绍。
In recent years, many well-known trademarks of famous enterprises in Mexico are frequently registered by lawless elements, such as: “wow ha ha Wa h a h a”, “China C H U N G H WA ”, “SINA SINA” and so on. As more and more enterprises in our country go abroad and open up foreign markets, many enterprises have had the painful experience of being registered in foreign countries. In view of the great difference between the trademark system and the domestic one in Mexico, how to protect the trademarks of enterprises in Mexico Equity has become a headache for many businesses. This article gives a brief introduction of Mexico’s trademark protection system.
