目的:观察薯蓣丸对豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型IgE和IL-17的影响。方法:将60只豚鼠随机分为空白组、薯蓣丸高、中、低剂量组、模型组和通窍鼻炎片组,每组10只。在造模后分别按相应剂量灌胃各组动物。检测各组豚鼠血清IgE和鼻腔灌洗液IL-17水平并进行统计分析。结果:空白组、通窍鼻炎片组、薯蓣丸高剂量组IgE值均低于薯蓣丸中、低剂量组及模型组(P<0.05);薯蓣丸中、低剂量组IgE值均低于模型组(P<0.05)。薯蓣丸低剂量组和模型组IL-17值均高于空白组、通窍鼻炎片组、薯蓣丸高、中剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:薯蓣丸高、中剂量可调节豚鼠动物模型的IgE和IL-17,高剂量效果更佳,低剂量对IgE有调节作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of yuzhu pill on IgE and IL-17 in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis. Methods: Sixty guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank group, yuzhu pill high, middle and low dose group, model group and Tongqiao rhinitis tablet group, 10 rats in each group. After modeling, respectively, according to the corresponding dose gavage groups of animals. The levels of serum IgE and nasal lavage fluid IL-17 in guinea pigs were detected and statistically analyzed. Results: The IgE values of the blank group, Tongqiao HuanYan Tablet group and yuzhu pills high-dose group were lower than that of the yuzhu pills medium and low dose group and the model group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The content of IL-17 in low dose group and model group of yuzhu pills were higher than those in blank group, Tongqiao rhinitis group and yuzhu pills group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yuzhuwan high and medium dose can regulate IgE and IL-17 in guinea pig animal model, the effect of high dose is better, and low dose of IgE has regulation effect.
