现代德育既要立足于当前,又要着眼于未来,直面社会开放和价值多元的现实。可以说今天人们的思想观念、精神状态比以往的任何时候都要复杂。本文笔者利用一些间接的教育方式来帮助和引导学生比直接的说服和批评更为有效。根据我带班的实际经验和对教育心理理论的探求,总结了一些间接教育的方式方法,利用群体约定,使不符合规范的行为再出现时会受到群体的压力;控制和把握学生间的人际关系;教育学生,先成为学生信赖的人;认可学生的优点,树立起其自信。
Modern moral education should not only base itself on the current situation but also look forward to the future and confront the reality of social openness and diversity of values. It can be said that today people’s ideas, mental states are more complicated than ever before. The writer uses indirect education to help and guide students more effectively than direct persuasion and criticism. According to the practical experience of my class and the exploration of educational psychology theory, I summarize some ways and means of indirect education. By using the group agreement, we can get the pressure of the group when re-appearance of non-compliant behavior. Control and grasp the interpersonal relationships among students ; Educate students, first become the students trust people; recognize students’ merits and establish their confidence.
