患者,男,50岁,已婚,主因“发现右侧睾丸肿物2月余”入院,既往体健,无睾丸其他病史,已生育。查体:无男性乳腺发育,阴茎成年型,阴毛分布正常,尿道外口正常,阴囊皮肤未见异常,右侧睾丸表面可触及一直径约1.5cm质韧肿物,表面光滑,突出睾丸白膜,无触压痛,无放射痛,左侧睾丸未见异常。实验室检查:β-HCG<0.100mIU/ml;AFP1.16ng/ml。血常规及生化化验等均正常。阴囊
