党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央以“八项规定”为新的起点,以作风建设为突破口,以党的群众路线教育实践活动为抓手,以反腐倡廉为动力,使得党中央全面从严治党的路径清晰而具体。在此过程中,习近平总书记对国企制度建设、全面深化国企改革、加强和改进党对国有企业的领导等作出一系列重要指示,为新时期加强和改进国有企业党建工作进一步指明了方向。
