学校教务处作为备课组的直接领导部门,对备课组活动开展情况进行检查,并给予相应的指导很有必要。教务处对备课组活动所进行的常态化、规范化检查,有利于促进备课组活动的高效开展,提升教学质量和效率。一、教务处对备课组活动检查的主要内容1.检查备课组活动情况备课组活动包括研究相关的教育教学理论,日常的教学、选修课程的选择与校本课程开发和共同教研课题等内容。以我校对集体备课的检查为例,教务处在检查时重点查看集体备课有无主备人,其他教师是否对主备人的教案、导学案、训练案等提出修改和完善意见,是否参照同行专家意见,如果同行专家评价过
