布鲁菌病是一种严重的人畜共患的传染性疾病,其中以羊布氏杆菌的致病力最强。布鲁菌病严重影响居民的生命健康以及感染者的生活与工作。该文从布鲁菌病的病原学特点以及人感染布鲁菌病的途径、诊断、监测、防控措施以及疫苗研究等6个方面就人感染布鲁菌病的研究进展展开综述。
Brucella is a serious zoonotic infectious disease, of which the brucellosis is the strongest. Brucellosis seriously affects the life and health of residents and the lives and work of those infected. This review summarizes the research progress of brucellosis in human being from six aspects, including the etiological characteristics of brucellosis and the pathways of human brucellosis, diagnosis, monitoring, prevention and control measures and vaccine research.
