结合压力容器无损探伤的生产实际和特殊要求,在对X射线探伤的有关知识及专家经验进行广泛收集整理和规范化处理的基础上,研究设计出压力容器焊缝X射线探伤专家系统XIS.此系统采用多级模块化结构,用TurboProlog语言编程,可在IBM及其兼容机上运行;并采用了产生式规则和谓词逻辑及图形相结合的知识表达方式和深度优先、目标驱动的搜索推理技术。应用该系统,可指导正确选择探伤器材和探伤方式,制订合理的工艺规范参数,识别评定缺陷级别并给出探伤结果。
Based on the production actual and special requirements of nondestructive testing of pressure vessels, the paper collects and normalizes the related knowledge and expert experience of X - ray flaw detection, and designs XIS inspection system of X - ray flaw detection of pressure vessels. The system uses a multi-level modular structure, with TurboProlog language programming, IBM and compatible machines can run on; and the use of rules of production and predicate logic and graphics combination of knowledge expression and depth-first, goal-driven search inference technology . Application of the system can guide the correct choice of testing equipment and testing methods to develop a reasonable process specification parameters, identify the level of defects and give the test results.
