中国机械工程学会工业炉专业学会真空炉专业委员会于一九八八年三月三日在京召开成立大会。中国机械工程学会工业炉专业学会及所属热处理设备专业委员会、热处理学会等领导到会祝贺和指导。本专业委员会是在当前真空炉的研究设计、工业应用和国产化极需开拓和发展的形势下成立的。第一届委员会由北京工业大学、北京电炉厂、机械委机电研究所(挂靠单位)、航空部第四规划设计研究院和航天部首都机械厂等研究院所、设备制造厂、大专院校等单位组成。第一届委员会认真讨论并通过了学会细则,对八八年活动作了安排。八八年将与热处理学会真空热处理
