选择安徽油茶品种大别山1号、2号、3号和4号作为试验材料,对其光合生理生态特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,不同品种日平均净光合速率差异显著,其变异范围是2.864~5.019μmol.m-2.s-1,不同品种的净光合速率大小依次为大别山1号>大别山3号>大别山4号>大别山2号。不同品种鲜叶养分含量的变异范围分别为N 10.26~10.76 mg·g-1,P 0.277~0.312 mg·g-1,K 15.90~21.93 mg·g-1;比叶重变化为234.41~273.35 g.m-2;叶绿素含量2.38~3.25 mg·g-1。油茶净光合速率受到叶片养分(N、P、K)、叶绿素含量及比叶重的影响,但不同品种表现出一定差异性。
The selection of Anhui Camellia oleifera Dabieshan No.1, No.2, No.3 and No.4 as the experimental materials, the photosynthetic characteristics of its photosynthesis were compared. The results showed that the daily average net photosynthetic rate of different cultivars varied significantly from 2.864 to 5.019μmol.m-2.s-1. The net photosynthetic rate of different cultivars were Dabashan 1> Dabieshan 3> Dabieshan 4 > Dabie Mountain No. 2 The variation range of nutrient contents in fresh leaves of different varieties were N 10.26 ~ 10.76 mg · g-1, P 0.277 ~ 0.312 mg · g-1, K 15.90 ~ 21.93 mg · g-1, and the specific leaf weight was 234.41 ~ 273.35 gm -2; chlorophyll content 2.38 ~ 3.25 mg · g-1. The net photosynthetic rate of Camellia oleifera was affected by leaf nutrient (N, P, K), chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight, but different varieties showed some differences.
