对簿公堂传票上的开庭时间为2012年10月15日上午9时30分,上午9时,我们赶至X区人民法院,稍做准备便入席就座。辩护人共10位律师分3排就座,公诉方仅有1人到庭。合议庭由2位法官和1名人民陪审员组成,审判长身材魁梧、目光如炬、十分威严。被告席上4名被告依次就座,左边的第1位是洪先生,虽然已被羁押10个多月,但他看上去精神饱满,充满自信。石河、闻晓、杜虹3名被告也依次就座,看上去状态也尚可。2个单位被告的诉讼代表,则坐在辩护席上。
The court hearing time on the summons was 9:30 on October 15, 2012. At 9:00 am, we rushed to X District People’s Court and took a short seat to attend. A total of 10 lawyers defenders were seated in 3 rows, only one prosecution party to court. The collegiate bench is composed of 2 judges and 1 people’s juror. The presiding judge is tall and burly, his eyes on the torch, and it is very dignified. The four defendants on the dock were seated one after the other. Mr HUNG, the first of them on the left, although in custody for more than 10 months, looked energetic and full of confidence. Shihe, Wen Xiao, Du Hong defendant also followed by 3 seats, the state looks acceptable. The defendants’ representatives in the two units sit in the defense seat.
