在常规的弱磁场磁选方面,筒式磁选机由于它的开梯度(磁场)设计,对强磁性物料具有高的产率和良好的分选效率并无任何堵塞现象而得以广泛应用。筒式磁选机的这些优点,通过在筒式磁选机中安装一超导磁系,目前被推广用于富集弱磁性矿石和矿物。这一装置是KHD洪堡维达格有限公司研制,称之DESCOS(装有超导磁体的矿石筒式分选机)。这种装置由直径1.2米、长1.5米,具有可变圆周速度的筒式分选机组成。筒面上的磁通密度最高达3.2特斯拉。磁体由一整套闭路制冷装置进行冷却。在对几种矿物原料的试验中,每米筒长约可达100吨/时的产率。本文将叙述富集铝土矿、菱镁矿以及其它矿物的试验结果。
In the conventional magnetic field selection of weak magnetic field, cylindrical magnetic separator is widely used because of its open gradient (magnetic field) design, high magnetic material yield and good separation efficiency without any clogging. These advantages of cartridge magnetic separators are currently being promoted for the enrichment of weak magnetic ores and minerals by installing a superconducting magnet system in a cartridge magnetic separator. This device is developed by KHD Humboldt-Vidal Co., Ltd., called DESCOS (Mineral Cartridge Separator with Superconducting Magnets). This device consists of a 1.2 m diameter, 1.5 m long cylinder sorter with variable circumferential speed. Magnetic flux density on the cylinder up to 3.2 Tesla. The magnet is cooled by a complete set of closed loop refrigeration units. In the test of several mineral raw materials, the length of each meter is about 100 tons / hour. This article will describe the test results for enrichment of bauxite, magnesite and other minerals.
