信宜市是广东省干部制度改革综合试点市。近年来,该市针对干部工作中存在的突出问题,勇于开拓、积极创新,先后推出了党政领导干部职务任期制、领导干部诫勉与待岗制、领导干部年度经济责任审计等15项新制度,对干部制度进行一系列改革创新,取得较好成效,在全省市县干部人事工作会议上,该市介绍了经验,得到省委的充分肯定。——实施四项制度,加强干部任前民主监督。一是实行考察预告制;二是党委讨论干部投票表决
