使用数字和量值的表示方法应遵循一定的原则,要规范化使用。在数字使用上,凡是可以使用阿拉伯数字而且又很得体的地方,均应使用阿拉伯数字,而不用中文数字。遇有特殊情况可以变通,但力求相对统一。根据量值的定义,量值是由一个数和一个合适的计量单位表示的量,因此量值是由数值和单位两部分构成的。判断一个量值表示得是否规范,是否正确就要看数值,单位以及它们之间的组合是否合乎规定。关于单位的使用,本文不涉及,只对数字的使及量值的表示方法作一些介绍。
