慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)是由致病菌引起的鼻腔鼻窦黏膜的慢性炎症。部分患者对常规抗感染和手术治疗的疗效欠佳。细菌生物膜是细菌自身产生的多聚基质包裹着菌细胞的三维结构群体,因为其对抗生素耐药性极强,成为临床CRS难治性感染的重要原因之一。现将与CRS有关的细菌生物膜的结构及特性、形成发展、抗生素耐药机制、检测手段及防治策略方面的研究进展作一综述,以期寻找有效治疗CRS手段,指导临床合理用药。
Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a chronic inflammation of the nasal sinus mucosa caused by pathogenic bacteria. Some patients have a poor response to routine anti-infective and surgical treatments. Bacterial biofilm is a three-dimensional structure of bacterial cells produced by the multipolymer matrix produced by bacteria. Because of its strong resistance to antibiotics, bacterial biofilm has become one of the important reasons for refractory infection in clinical CRS. The structure and characteristics of bacterial biofilm related to CRS, development of development, mechanism of antibiotic resistance, detection methods and prevention and cure strategies of bacterial biofilms related to CRS are reviewed in this paper. The purpose of this study is to find out the effective means of CRS treatment and to guide clinical rational drug use.
