高等教育是创新人才诞生的摇篮,直接关系到我国全面建设小康社会宏伟蓝图的实现。而实践能力是综合素质的重要方面,因而是创新人才的重要特征;实践教学是学生理论联系实际的最直接、最有效的环节,因而是学校教育教学的重要组成部分。本文结合学院教学改革,以实践教学体系改革为基础,以工程训练平台建设为突破口,以实践教学基地建设为保障,系统地进行了实践教学平台的探索和构建,形成多层次创新人才培养的实践教学特色。
Higher education is the cradle of innate talents, which is directly related to the grand blueprint of building an overall well-to-do society in our country. Practical ability is an important aspect of comprehensive quality and therefore an important feature of innovative talents. Practical teaching is the most direct and effective link between theory and practice of students and is therefore an important part of school education. This paper, based on the reform of college teaching, based on the reform of practice teaching system, takes the construction of engineering training platform as the breakthrough point and the construction of practice teaching base as the guarantee, systematically conducts the exploration and construction of practical teaching platform to form the practice of multi-level innovative talents training Teaching characteristics.
