手足口病是由肠道病毒引起的急性传染病。由于重症病例早期临床表现不典型,容易忽略,病情凶猛;因此,早期筛查出具有高危因素的重症病例,并积极干预,可阻止病情向危重症进展提高抢救成功率,降低病死率。现将我院2011年11月至2012年7月在我院住院治疗的20例重型(早期)手足口病进行总结分析。
Hand, foot and mouth disease is an acute infectious disease caused by enteroviruses. Due to the early clinical manifestations of severe cases are not typical, easily overlooked, fierce; therefore, the early screening of critically ill patients with high-risk factors and active intervention to prevent the progression of critically ill to improve the success rate of rescue and reduce mortality. Now in our hospital from November 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 20 cases of heavy (early) hand, foot and mouth disease were analyzed.
