以光电专业学生光电系统设计能力培养为例,基于CDIO教学理念,以能力培养为导向,组织教学活动。提出教师和学生是教学活动中不可缺少的两个主体,发挥各自的能动性是保证教学活动取得成功的基础。以典型光电产品的研发过程为载体,通过开放式实践教学方法,激发学生的探究热情。多年实践表明,采取这种教学模式,学生的光电系统设计能力和工程意识得到有效提升。
Taking the cultivation of optoelectronic system design ability of optoelectronics students as an example, based on the CDIO teaching philosophy, the Company takes capacity-building as its orientation and organizes teaching activities. It is suggested that teachers and students are two indispensable subjects in teaching activities. To exert their own initiative is the basis for ensuring the success of teaching activities. Taking the research and development process of typical optoelectronic products as the carrier, the students’ enthusiasm for inquiry is stimulated through an open and practical teaching method. Years of practice show that taking this teaching mode, students’ ability to design optical systems and engineering awareness has been effectively enhanced.
