目的 探讨纤连蛋白 (FN)在上皮性卵巢癌的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化法研究FN在正常卵巢、良性卵巢瘤、上皮性卵巢癌的表达。结果 正常卵巢及良性卵巢瘤FN均呈连续线型表达 ;上皮性卵巢癌FN表达减低 ,呈连续线型、中断线型、碎片状或缺失表达 ,且与病理分级、临床分期、预后及转移有关。结论 FN对肿瘤细胞有屏障作用 ,FN表达降低或缺失可作为判定上皮性卵巢癌预后的指标之一 ,上皮性卵巢癌FN阳性表达是预后较好的指标之一
Objective To investigate the expression of fibronectin (FN) in epithelial ovarian cancer and its significance. Methods The expression of FN in normal ovary, benign ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer was studied by immunohistochemistry. Results The FN of normal ovary and benign ovarian tumor showed continuous linear expression. The expression of FN in epithelial ovarian cancer was decreased and showed continuous linear, interrupted linear, fragmented or missing expression, and was related to the pathological grade, clinical stage, prognosis and metastasis . Conclusion FN has a barrier function to tumor cells. The decrease or loss of FN expression may be one of the prognostic indicators for epithelial ovarian cancer. The positive expression of FN in epithelial ovarian cancer is one of the better prognostic indicators
