2009年,吉林省辽源市被确定为全国首批创建创业型试点城市。一年来,该市把创建大学生创业园区,落实小额贷款扶持政策,推动高校毕业生创业放在就业工作的首位,统一规划,稳步推进,全面形成了党委、政府重视,宣传引导、园区建设推动、政策扶持鼓励、优质服务支持的有效工作机制。小额贷款扶持高校毕业生创业工作取得明显成效。截止到去年底,辽源市为在创业园区创业的107名高校毕业生发放小额担保贷款269万元,带动就业694人。
