在实践与发展科学发展观中,发展和谐劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础,已成为经济学、社会学理论热点。我们认为,从思想政治工作角度对企业的谐劳动关系构建的理念和路径的探讨,可以充分发挥理论对实践的指导作用,有助于进一步加强企业的思想政治教育的实效性,有助于推动企业和谐劳动关系的构建。本文为此重点探讨了发展和谐劳动关系对企业思想政治工作的挑战,及发展和谐劳动关系中企业思想政治工作的构建措施。
In the practice and development of the scientific concept of development, the development of harmonious labor relations is the basis for building a harmonious socialist society and has become a hot topic in economics and sociology.
