短跑是不断突破人体生理极限的无氧代谢项目。探索、创新符合短跑特点的训练方法和手段是提高短跑成绩的关键。结合自己的训练实践,就追逐跑在短跑训练中的特点、运用方法以及注意事项提出了自己的见解。
Sprint is an anaerobic metabolic project that constantly breaks the limits of human physiology. Exploring and innovating the training methods and means in line with the characteristics of sprinting is the key to improving sprinter performance. Combined with my own training practice, I put forward my opinion on the chase running in the characteristics of sprint training, using methods and matters needing attention.
