利用荧光分光光度法测定了活血化瘀中草药和普通中草药的硒含量 ,活血化瘀中草药中硒含量平均值高于普通中草药 ,两者具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。研究结果显示 ,活血化瘀中药硒含量与抗心血管疾病有关。
The selenium content of traditional Chinese herbal medicines and traditional Chinese medicines was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The mean value of selenium in traditional Chinese herbal medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was higher than that of ordinary Chinese herbs, and there was a significant difference between the two (P < 0.01). The results of the study show that the selenium content of traditional Chinese medicine in blood circulation is related to anti-cardiovascular diseases.
