目的探讨临床中对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿的有效护理方式。方法本院近年来共收治阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿244例,并将此作为研究资料,在对患儿进行手术治疗前后的实际情况,合理实施针对性的护理措施,对护理效果进行评价。结果在对患儿实施针对性的护理措施之后,200例患儿的呼吸暂停等症状完全消失,44例患儿的呼吸暂停等症状得到显著的控制,其护理措施的总有效率为100%。结论临床中根据患儿的个体情况以及治疗前后的相关特点,合理的制定护理计划并实施护理针对性的护理措施,能够有效的提升治疗的效果,为患儿的早日康复奠定坚实的基础。
Objective To explore the effective nursing method for children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in clinic.
