辽宁省革委会今年4月批转该省计委、建委、劳动局、机械局拟定的《锅炉制造监督管理规定(试行草案)》,通知各地认真组织试行。省革委会要求各级革委会要切实加强对锅炉制造工业的领导,狠抓锅炉制造技术改革,提高锅炉的质量。要按照工业《三十条》的要求,认真整顿锅炉制造企业。
Liaoning Provincial Revolutionary Committee in April this year approved the transfer of the province’s Planning Commission, Construction Committee, Labor Bureau, Machinery Bureau to develop the “boiler manufacturing supervision and management requirements (draft)”, inform all local carefully organized pilot. Revolutionary Committee requested the Revolutionary Committee at all levels should effectively strengthen the leadership of the boiler manufacturing industry, pay close attention to boiler manufacturing technology reform, improve the quality of the boiler. According to the industrial “thirty” requirements, conscientiously rectify the boiler manufacturing enterprises.
